Buttery Lemon Dressing (without butter)

Known as a BUTTERMILK dressing, it’s smooth and tangy, adding a great balance to a fresh green salad.

Serves as one dressing to large salad

1 cup full fat plain yoghurt
2 lemons, juiced (a little zest too if you fancy)
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt & freshly ground pepper

Combine all the above ingredients and serve with salad.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
